Welcome to CasaSM

At the helm of these accommodations is KELTOUM, co-owner of the premises and housekeeper. Very meticulous, all the accommodations are perfectly maintained.

SERGIO is the second owner of the place, it is he who designed and completely renovated the house and who named it CasaSM (Sergio Mendes House).

To finish these two threads: we manage customer service, answer the phone, send messages and we try to find new ideas to improve the guest stay.

At first it was just a dream! To have several short-term accommodations and satisfy our customers.

We started with apartment number 4 on September 1, 2019. It was a trial because at first we didn't really believe in it. Then the reservations started pouring in, with constructive feedback that motivated us to evolve.

-2 months later, opening of apartment no. 3, larger and with a fairly spacious bathroom.

-June 1, 2020, opening of apartment No. 2. The accommodation has a bathtub and a toilet separate from the bathroom.

-October 2020, opening of our latest apartment, apartment no. 5. This is a new type of accommodation because it has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine and a bedroom. The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people.

-December 2020, launch of our CasaSM website. It offers you price advantages compared to traditional sites like Booking.com and AirBnB.
