• Parties are strictly prohibited.
• Respect the number of people linked to your reservation.
• Bicycles, scooters, etc. are prohibited in common areas and in accommodation.
• Animals are prohibited
• Smoking, vaping, using a hookah or any other illicit product is prohibited.
• Check-in is from 2 p.m. (arrival times may vary depending on the accommodation) and check-out is at 11 a.m.
• For late departures (from 11 a.m. as far as possible) a supplement of €10 will be requested per additional hour with a maximum of 2 hours.

Penalties:

• 20€ per animal per day
• €100 for all smoke odors (disinfection of the accommodation is mandatory)

For all types of damage or breaches of the regulations, a penalty of €150 will be requested in the form of a dispute.
